Ron Campbell
Ron Campbell has an extensive background in sales and marketing that spans over 30 years and includes management, ownership, franchising, and mortgage banking. He is a national speaker and a member of several elite groups of real estate brokers/owners who are ranked nationally as the best in the business. He has set real estate records locally, statewide, and nationally that still stand after almost a decade. He is a licensed real estate broker in New Mexico and the only one to rank in REALTOR® Magazine's Top 100 for three consecutive years - 2001, 2002 & 2003!

Mary Campbell
Mrs. Campbell has an extensive background in sales management and customer service that began in 1979. She has also been a principal in several business sectors including retail, wholesale, insurance, and franchise operations. Since 1992, she has been a major contributor to the success of Campbell & Campbell Real Estate Services. She is a licensed real estate broker in the state of New Mexico.

Randy Campbell
Randy Campbell is co-owner/broker of Campbell & Campbell Real Estate Services. He has been with the company since 1999. Randy and his parents moved to Albuquerque in 1971. He has seen the extraordinary growth that has taken place in Albuquerque and the surrounding areas over the recent years. He has resided in the East Mountain area for the past 15 years. Randy is a graduate from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelors of Science degree, a licensed New Mexico Real Estate broker for 11 years and a member of the Albuquerque Board of Realtors.
Randy also brings to his clients the knowledge of having a New Mexico General Contractors license. Even though Randy currently does not actively build homes he has been extensively involved with his clients on identifying vacant land, home design and contractor identification based on the client’s style and budget.
In addition to working one on one with buyers and sellers of all residential and light commercial real estate, he is also involved in the daily operations of the company which includes contract negotiations, training, risk management, and contractual issues.
Randy and Ron regularly attend real estate conferences across the nation with the elite top producers of the industry to stay on top as New Mexico’s #1 Real Estate Team.
Randy and his wife, Terree of 15 years, who also works within the company, have two fabulous daughters Taylor and Hayleigh. Randy’s daughters keep him busy when he is not working real estate since they are both competitive soccer players and ski racers. Randy’s hobbies include fishing, golfing, biking and spending time with his two dogs Shae and Forty-Nine (named by his daughter at age 2).

Cindy was born and raised in Albuquerque, married to her childhood best friend for 16 years, with 2 beautiful children Mychael-Ann, and Jean-Luc. With her husband Kenneth left Albuquerque being stationed at Camp Pendelton California in the Marine Corps., where she attended college for nursing. The family moved back to Albuquerque after 4 years, to run the family Boiler Business. Cindy worked in the medical field for 14 years. She is always looking to broaden her career choices and went into real estate in 2005.
As a Buyer Specialist for the Campbell Team since 2005 she has learned from one of the best, Ron Campbell. Cindy works with a partner and her mentor Anthony Torres. While working full time, Karen also received a Bachelors degree in Organization Behavior from Northwestern University. Upon moving to New Mexico, she decided to make a career change. Following her habbit of stopping by open houses, Karen decided she should follow this passion and make real estate her career. Real Estate Contracts >Contingency Contracts
Buyers walk into your home in your area and fall in love with it. There is one problem--they will have to sell their home before they can buy yours. Their offer contains a contingency clause which makes the purchase dependent upon selling their present home. Should you accept such an offer?
Your decision should be based on several factors. Is their home being professionally marketed at this time, or are they trying to sell it themselves (a risky proposition!)? How long has it been on the market? Is it overpriced? If the house doesn't sell, can the buyers take out a bridge loan or make other arrangements to get to the closing table? How important is timing for you? Will the buyers agree to let you continue marketing your home and accept a non-contingent contract (and void theirs) if their house does not sell? Contingent contracts often work out well, but you need the help of a professional to weigh the pros and cons.
